Records library need to be patched for Sqlachemy 2.x

evaluate.py fails when records library depends on sqlachemy 2.x ```TypeError: execute() got an unexpected keyword argument 'name'``` records.py need changes refer this [pull request](https://github.com/kennethreitz/records/pull/219)

Directory entries having "/" character - input/output error.

When Directory has filename with "/" - results of ```ls``` randomly shows input/output error.

Script recreates sqlite databases by reading the evaluate_examples/examples/tables.json definition. Also fixed preprocess/get_tables.py - compatibility for python 3.x

Filter can be built with terms (words). Filter operator can be chosen between (and / or).

When stderr and stdout gets data callback function get invoked twice. Devised following fix along with #6
