[FEATURE] Add a "Scroll to top" Button

What improvement are you suggesting?

I would like to add a scroll to the top button.

Why should make this improvement?

It will help in enhancing the user experience.

How can we make these improvements?

I will simply add a function that will take the user back to the top whenever the user clicks on the button. Also, the button will become accessible only when the user scrolls the window more than 20-30 px.
