F-Droid inclusion
Hi,
Since this app is MIT licensed, are you considering the fact to add it to F-Droid? There is a strong community behind.
You can find some documentation here.
Otherwise, if you don't want to work on the inclusion of this app by yourself, would it be ok for you if someone else do it for you?
Hi @Poussinou I would love to get the app added to F-Droid. Also, I am fine with someone else doing that for me.
@Poussinou will you open an RFP then? And @praharshjain maybe keep this issue open until the RFP was processed? As usual, I'd take care on the receiving end of the RFP then :wink:

Looks like @Poussinou forgot. I've just checked and wanted to open the RFP for you, but there are several points missing we'd need to ask you for first anyway – so it's better to start with that first:
- could you please establish fastlane structures here in your app's repo (details behind the link; basically, so you can maintain description, screenshots ets without needing to open MRs at F-Droid for changes to be picked up)?
- that done, please tag your releases. This indicates which commits you consider a release. Ideally, use something like
v<versionName>orc<versionCode>as tag name (the tag name must reflect one of the two – the letter-prefixv/cis just to make sure it's considered a string) - speaking of tags/releases: please make sure to increase versionCode with each release. It's currently still at
1– I'm not sure if you never released a version :wink:
To speed things up: As soon as there's a tag with an APK attached, I can see to take your app into my repo until it's published at F-Droid. This is of course optional.
@praharshjain do you consider attaching the APK? Else I can take your app from my watch list (no need to keep looking for something you won't place :wink:)
Hi @praharshjain Can you have a look at this? We need this app on F-Droid :) or at least a signed release apk in the Releases Section!
