No way to save EQ presets

In the equaliser, it is impossible to keep your own customised settings. Even toggling EQ status clears the settings. Users should be able to save their settings.

Sorry the delay... Busy on jobs.. :disappointed:

I will implement it in some moment... First I want to finish the Ampache branch (which has little to do with Ampache at this point... :wink: ) and then release Pragha 1.4
