Seems like Python version used in project is old and hence creating issue. @pragatiunna mentioned in README that Python 3.6 is used and I guess that will work for this repo.

But still with the latest version of python it is only showing done processing , not taking cropped image

@pragatiunna if possible, can you make requirements.txt for project? Seems like versions of libraries creating issues.
