Feature Request: Import SMIL animations

It should be very useful to being able to import not only the SVG graphics data but also the SMIL animations markup. If automatically converted to NGraphics code it should make easy to integrate animated buttons or assets in apps. Like for example those SVG SMIL icons used in the Viber app: http://www.tbyrne.org/viber-animated-svgs
