API diff misses nested type changes

Very nice project! :) I tested the API diff on a lib of mine: https://www.fuget.org/packages/InlineIL.Fody/0.6.2/lib/netstandard2.0/diff/0.6.0/ It shows an empty diff, but I changed a few method signatures between these versions...
