Description

This change is dedicated to assembly codes and projects for beginners in assembly programming

Motivation and Context

This repository lacked any resources for learning assembly, and there appear to be a limited number of repositories dedicated solely to assembly programming on GitHub.
Because of its wider community reach, this repository was the best fit for these changes. I would be adding more content on assembly with detailed documentation, but till then, this is my contribution to this repository.
