Hover window should be hidden when switching to a new buffer

The hover window currently stays open when one is switching to a new buffer. In a new buffer cursor motion will not close it, one has to go back to the right buffer first.

It's useful to use the hover window to find the type of a variable and use :tj to jump to its declaration.
