allow EventViewer to be selected?

I want to close eventviewer using a keybind.

I've used karabiner elements to swap a keybind to close a window if it matches the appication id of alacritty.

other apps will use a different keybind.

However, Karabiner elements doesn't close when I have alacritty open in the background, because Karabiner Elements doesn't think EventViewer is the focused app.

This is probably by design desiscion, but I want to swap the keybind to something that closes karabiner elements or karabiner event viewer window when it is the focused window.

How?
