iOS new version notifications are duplicating

I started happening when being asked to update to version 14.9.0... when that one happened, I had to reboot my mac because there were 20+ instances of the update window in the background and it stopped responding when I attempted to select one of them.

When I noticed it for the 14.10.0 update, I figured that I'd share here.
