Open 4hsinyili opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

Description : I have an Elecom HUGE TrackBall Mouse, its Fn1-3 keys are not detected in Karabiner. Karabiner EventViewer can't detect them either in Main or Unknown Events. Keys other than Fn1-3 are detected and work fine.

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Install karabiner
  2. Plug in Elecom HUGE TrackBall Mouse
  3. Press Fn1 - 3 keys randomly

Actual result : Not detected by Karabiner-EventViewer

Wanted result : Detected by Karabiner-EventViewer, and could be modified with Karabiner-Elements

Environment : Karabiner 14.5.0

@4hsinyili @benjaminb did either of you figure out how the OS is detecting these buttons, if at all?

@ChrisTonkinsonCecilianPartners I didn't figure out, I just use another software call SteerMouse, it could detect all buttons on Elecom HUGE.
