MultitouchExtension sometimes fails to set finger count back to zero.

Hi!

First of all thank you very much for developing Karabiner-Elements. My Macbook wouldn't feel like home without it! :)

Yesterday I tried the MultitouchExtension for the first time, since I wanted to add a middle-click (mouse button 3) to my keyboard.

The Multitouch Mouse Buttons (rev 2) complex modification seemed like a good solution, and while I was looking at what's available, I also decided to import Multitouch Vi Mode (rev 2), which seemed nice.

Unfortunately I had to remove both of them, since they would sometimes stay activated, even though I wasn't touching the touchpad anymore. Touching the touchpad again and letting go, or even invoking the modifications (by pressing 1 while touching the touchpad for example) didn't reset the state either, so I had to remove them.

Nevertheless I think they are useful modifications, and I'd be happy if I could use them. If you could look into this issue it would be much appreciated.
