Compability with Logitech Options software
I am using a Logitech Ergo K860, which has a large print screen key. You can configure the print screen with the Logitech Options app. However, this does not work when Karabiner Elements is running. Using the Karabiner Event Viewer, pressing the print screen triggers the L Shift+CMD+3
keystroke regardless of how it's configured in the Options app. There is also a dedicated calculator key that does not work when Karabiner is running.
I also notice that the Ergo K860 is identified as both a pointing device and a keyboard in Karabiner. Is that normal behavior and is there a workaround for these issues so that I can use Karabiner, the calculator key, and configure the print screen key with the Logitech software?
I'm having the exact opposite problem with the same keyboard. Logitech options+ is in control and karabiner seems to be ignored. I can make modifications for my macbook keyboard but anything I do for the Ergo K860 is ignored.
Karabiner appears to be ignoring my newly acquired Ergo K860 too. None of the keymappings work at all.
I usually have Caps Lock mapped to F18 which I then catch with Hammerspoon and use as an extra modifier key. I also have Keypad 0 configured to issue ctrl-i (clear screen in terminal).
Running the event viewer the keys are recognised, but the remaps don't work.
I'm running Karabiner Elements version 14.10.0 on Mac OS 13.0.1
