Default F-keys per device

Hello! How can I enable/disable this setting on my keyboard? I use F-keys on my external keyboards, but on my notebook keyboard, I use F-keys for VolumeUp/Down, etc.

There is no keyboard-specific option for it. You will have to remap them if you want different behaviors for different keyboards.
