KE broken on MacOS Ventura

Ever since upgrading to the Ventura beta, KE has not applied any of my existing rules.

MacOS Version 13.0 Beta (22A5321d) (All vervsions) KE Version(s) 14.5, 14.6., & 14.8 Simple and complex modifications do not appear to intercept/fire.

Uninstalling KE and reinstalling did not resolve it.
