Feature: Support for ignoring all complex modifications when a specific app is in focus

Open Soromeister opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Hello,

Kindly add support for ignoring all complex modifications (basically act as if KE is not there) when specific app is in focus.

For example, I have applied several complex modifications to my profile, but I don't want any of them when I am in my iTerm2 window. This should basically act similar to how firewall blacklist works.

As soon as I select another app (not iTerm2 in my case) KE should apply modifications as normal.

You can already do this with frontmost_application_unless. Rules can be selectively applied, based on which app is in the foreground. You do need to add it to every individual rule, however.

Is there no way to make this global? I'm worried about having rules that get updated and overwriting my changes.
