Modifier events duplicated after 14.4.0

Modifier events are duplicated when any other (mouse or keyboard) event occurs. Only on keyboard that are not enabled in Karabiner.

Might be related that keyboard are connected after Karabiner was launched.

Reproduction steps:

• Disable internal keyboard in Karabiner
• Open Karabiner Event Viewer
• Press down modifier key (like Control)
• Generate other event (move touchpad/trackpad, click other key)
• Observe in Karabiner Event viewer that addition down event occurs
• Unpress modifier key
• Obser two up events occurs

The behavior not reproducible on 14.4.0 Also the behavior not reproducible if event modification enabled for the keyboard

I've fixed this issue at the latest beta version. (v14.8.3) Please confirm it.
