Tabby + Karabiner + Logitech G512 keyboard = no control key in Tabby

Hi, I'm running the Tabby SSH client (tabby.sh). I have Karabiner running on my M1 Mac (12.4). In Karabiner I have two simple modifications to remap/swap the left command and Option keys on a Logitech G512 (Specifically). I also have some complex modifications downloaded from the website to enable PC-style keys.

When running Tabby and connecting over SSH to a Linux system the control key is not active with using the Logitech keyboard. Not just on the left side but also right side. The Macbook keyboard works normal.

I tried adding a complex modification to ignore Tabby but that doesn't work. You can see my karabiner.json below.

I'm not quite sure where to begin. karabiner.json.zip
