Karabiner-Elements breaks macOS 13 DB1

right as the Installer finishes, macOS freezes. After a forced restart, even the login screen freezes after a few seconds. Even booting in safe mode does not help. Since this is not trivial to recover from, I think an emergency update should be released that blocks installing KE on macOS 13.

System: 2021 MBP (M1 Pro), macOS 13 DB1 KE: release 14.40.0

Can reproduce. Removing the LaunchAgents/LaunchDaemons files makes the os usable again.

Really odd - I upgraded two machines from the last 12.x beta to 13 DB1 with no issues. Karabiner worked normally on one machine, and the other has that old loading driver issue. Clearly some work needs to be done, but for me at least it didn't block installation.

For me it was a upgrade from a clean Monterey. So Karabiner was installed with Ventura, not before
