Bug description

Not sure if this was already its behavior before #35786 (or possibly this became an after-effect of #35786) but it doesn't look right if you look at it closely, in my opinion. Looks like it's bugging for me. Can't say this is an "edge case" either since it always happens.

I know it's trying to load the beatmap entirely (metadata and online stuff) but since it happens so fast, I think it's unnecessary to show it as soon as possible. Maybe have it show only when loading is taking >1 second?
