Audio stalls on first hit-object

Bug description
The game stalls for a second right before the first hit object causing the audio to be off for the rest of the beatmap.
This started off as something that just happened when osu was idling in the background for a while and was fixed with just a restart, but now it's happening every time I try to play a map.

the only log that was generated was a performance log for some reason 1761336918.performance.log
this is also happening on the stable branch, lemme get a video of the problem on that too

there haven't been any available audio driver updates for my system for about 2 months now, and the only other things that're running are jellyfin, powertoys, and wallpaper engine
I did update my nvidia drivers about a week ago but this problem only started about 2 days ago
update: this doesn't happen on beatmaps using video
i'm still having this problem after multiple driver updates
Please try turning on experimental audio mode.
