Importing a replay without the beatmap gives "score import failed" before checking if the beatmap exists

Bug description
When you import a replay and don't have the beatmap the game first tells you that the import failed, then checks online and downloads the beatmap. Apart from that, there is a bit of a notification spam, i don't think the "downloading beatmap" notification should be shown, because the progress is already being shown on "downloading missing beatmap for this replay..." It's also weird that the score import progress notification starts late in the process (it should be the first one and then fail after everything else is done) It's a bit of a mess currently.
