Add `Hold to Walk` mod to osu!catch
This is a new Fun mod for osu!catch. Resolves #33407. Can change to a better name and / or description if possible.
Considering the fact it's only changing the control scheme, I think it's better suited in Conversion, not Fun.
My feeling is that it's a bit weird to have a mod that just changes input scheme. This is something that can be emulated by keyboard software or even AHK.
Imo it would be more interesting if the map itself was changed to inverse the spacing?

Not sure... This might break the structure of the original beatmap and what the mapper wanted to express through it.
