Song Select v2 - Ctrl-Up/Down causes carousel items to flash the wrong star rating

Bug description

Press Ctrl-Up multiple times in song select, and observe that the carousel items briefly flash back to the original star rating.

Already known. Related to https://github.com/ppy/osu/blob/6500be3f2deb1c1acf1db8f74b657c435ccfb61c/osu.Game/Beatmaps/BeatmapDifficultyCache.cs#L107-L108 and caching woes.

I think this issue is (mostly) resolved by https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/34809.
