Add strain graph component to gameplay HUD
Resolves #32651.
This component uses two overlapping SmoothPaths for progress display, which may not be so elegant but should be enough.
Also I've provided some customization settings (too many?) to let users find a better configuration for themselves.

Yeah. Your PR seems to focus more on the measurement of strain itself, while mine focuses on an alternative graphic resolution. So I think there should be little conflict content with mine... whatsoever.

i will have a much easier time accepting this PR when it doesn't touch everything else that one did.
why does this component not have a test scene on its own? how did you develop this? please don't tell me you did all of this on a full game instance
Unfortunately no... I didn't come up with a way to construct test data.
