SDL2: F-Key keybinds on pen button not working

Bug description

Back when I used stable, I had F2 bound to on of my tablet pen buttons to reroll maps in map select easier. For some reason, this does not work in lazer, it appears lazer does not receive the keypress.

  • Windows 11 24H2. Disclaimer: It's a KVM-powered VM, but all peripherial devices are attached to a passthrough USB controller, should be native
  • Wacom CTL-471 used with OpenTabletDriver 0.6.5.1
  • Ingame tablet driver is disabled
  • Tried the keybind in a browser keyboard tester, works fine
  • Keybind works in stable and in other applications

I think you're going to have to investigate this from your end. Obviously the key stroke is being activated in a way it's only breaking for your use case (we've never heard of this before).

Seems to work on SDL3 (tested on CTL-472) on latest release and master.
