Title, tried following https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/3507 didn't fix the issue

Works sometimes for a minute or two, then back to this, works with VPN enabled

Which country are you connecting from?

If this is caused by IPv6 and you can't disable it, it's unlikely we'll get a proper fix until .NET 9 at least, and even then I'm not sure we'll be upgrading to it ASAP.

In the meantime, someone in the .NET issue thread has come up with their own solution that may be more robust than what we currently have, that may be considered: https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/26177#issuecomment-2171738486

Could disable IPv6 at a system level if it's not working for you anyway.
