"Leaderboards are not available for this beatmap" but the map is ranked

Bug description

I downloaded beatmap and opened it from desktop via Open with..

And got this message "Leaderboards are not available for this beatmap". Deleting and redownloading the beatmap through game doesn't help. Also I set a score on this beatmap, it still got submitted.

This is a bit of a different case because this time it's caused by reuse of an existing import that had no status populated.

So I guess this is closest to https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/23804 but may be its separate issue.

Got the same thing too, the play didnt get submitted in my case

Got same error on on one diff of a different map(others show leaderboards just fine), downloaded through the map browser https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1940328#mania/4192709
