Loading spinner acts weird while on spotlight rankings

When switching to spotlights, it seems to be always stretched to the area between the light spotlight selection area and info (where "Seasonal Spotlights: Winter 2019" is shown in the video) and the leaderboard (specifically the part that says "Accuracy", "Play Count" etc.)
