Sometimes a hitsound plays randomly where there is no object placed

I don't have any specific steps as I was just mapping and scrolled back to check out a pattern and it started reproducing

Can you try and provide some specific reproduction steps? Without them it's just basically looking for a needle in a haystack.
Its really difficult, the easiest way of reproducing is probably picking a halfway done map, map for like 15-20 minutes (with occasional scrolling back far away), and eventually when you scroll back and playback the audio in editor, you'll hear a hitsound where there's no object.
The important thing is to NOT leave the editor during reproducing, because the issue goes away after reloading rhe map in editor
The good thing is that I can reproduce it every time i have a mapping session, so it's not very rare

this happened at 0:27 of the video for the first time; the only thing I did was just scrolled up to make the timeline goes back. I assume that pausing half way the spinner and then scrolled back could make this happen, but not tested yet. And rest of the video showed that the spinner's hitsound could occurs anywhere before the spinner. The version I am using is 2024.731.0. Logs are attached.
