Bug description
I tried to play with mouse/keyboard on Android. This works fine. I then tried to play with a tablet, and while Android itself accepted tablet input with no issues, osu! did not process any of the mouse input from the tablet. There is also a double cursor in the app, and the inner one only shows up when I use a mouse and not the tablet.

Mouse handling has recently improved with https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/16464. Install the latest version and try using your tablet again (you may need to enable or disable High precision mouse in osu! settings).

Currently, the Wacom CTL-480 using a USB OTG adapter does not work on a Pixel 5a running Android 12. Part of the problem is that in the current versions, OpenTabletDriver settings don't exist on Android. On landscape mode (in which osu!lazer runs), the cursor is limited to the left half of the screen and does not do anything when clicked (clicking with pen works outside of osu!lazer).
I could test it on more phones, but from what I've seen, this happens to everyone using a tablet on Android.
