Update osu!mania articles mentioning and/or describing mapping patterns

after https://github.com/ppy/osu-wiki/pull/8595 is merged:

  • [ ] update o!m RC with references and probably shuffle them around https://github.com/ppy/osu-wiki/issues/6231
  • [ ] significantly rework, cut down, or even remove the osu!mania mapping guide, as it has a lot of overlap with existing materials (difficulty recommendations = o!m RC, patterns = the above PR, general information = other specialized articles)
