Are you talking about https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Performance_points? The page is lacking a lot of info in that case. It only mentions the Jan 2021 pp change, while I know for certain there were more changes throughout the years (ex. https://osu.ppy.sh/home/news/2021-07-27-performance-points-star-rating-updates). The changelog is linked, but it covers nearly daily changes, not filtering on the pp updates.
