Transfer in-article FAQs to the proper FAQ page

Articles like performance points and IRC have FAQs that are tacked-on to the bottom of the articles. These are mainly a problem because it fractures up the information contained in the proper FAQ page across the wiki, plus they sharply change tone and style in the same article.

They should removed from the articles and then put back into the FAQ page properly.

This would very much be appreciated if done in tandem with an FAQ rewrite. Which I will most likely author sometime this summer if no one takes up this issue before then
