Skinnable elements should include skinning properties

All articles for skinnable elements should aim to include at least a table describing the element's skinnable properties. This can most easily be taken from the respective skinning articles eg. /wiki/Skinning/Interface

commenting since i might forget: As a side-note for future wiki additions. a bar/box permanently on the right of the page with an easy overview of an elements skinnable properties might be a neat solution for keeping this organised eg. how RS-wiki does it https://i.imgur.com/OKAVX0J.jpg
