Rewrite `Game_mode/osu!`

another one down!

A rewrite of the game mode article for the osu! ruleset, with more proper formating, styling and new information that was missing regarding osu!(lazer).

OK I may or may not have forgotten to change Song selection for this and the Taiko pr and left everything like it's the catch article.

Will fix ASAP 😅

I think I missed some of the suggested fixes, I'll look into it once I'm back home. Will also apply general fixes from here in #13631
