More osu! patterns and [PL] updates for patterns

Its my first time doing something like this, so sorry if there are problems

• [x] (translations only) The changes are reviewed on GitHub by a fluent speaker i only made polish translations, and im a fluent speaker. The rest of changes for the other translations is just adding links to missing patterns. Im not 100% sure about my grammar, so id prefer if someone checked it out, but it should be fine nonetheless.

there's no need to merge ppy/master back in if no conflicts were introduced, btw. I'm assuming you're clicking that button github shows on the PR, better to just ignore it (see https://github.com/ppy/osu-wiki/pull/11983#issuecomment-2294206434)
