add modification logs when mods moving topics or changing title

to me this is a pretty typical forum thing

eg. username · date Moved this topic from the forum General Discussion to Gameplay & Rankings. or username · date Changed the topic title from "0" to "123".

Not directly on the page itself but there's something similar by appending /logs to the url after topic id

These are moderator only, the request here seems to be about making part of those public and directly integrated into the forum post

poke forum really is more active again, threads get moved a lot, title changes etc. it would be great to have. maybe something more cute looking in the center instead of what i tried to do in the picture above

I know this may not be high priority but poking this again, this would be great to have again. GMT wouldn't need to extra reply when threads were moved, it feels a bit more interactive, users automatically learn where to post etc. If it gives the user a notification too, would be cool
