Link markdown should be possible in chat announcements

would be useful for... linking to stuff. auto-links work so I've been including relevant links at the end of my messages instead, but it reads kinda poorly

[text](link) syntax looks to be intentionally disabled but I don't know the reason.

I think it should be fine to relax any/all restrictions for messages in announce channels.
