Beatmaps Section on osu!Profiles

The Ability to re-arrange what order the sections are in (favourites, pending, ranked, etc...) as well as also a GD section now that difficulty owners have been added to discussion pages would be awesome

There is a GD section now, but not sure about rearranging them.
