Add aggregate statistics to team pages

Right now, the team stats page looks a bit lackluster/empty. I suggest that we add more statistics in order to fill it up.

How many [SS/S/A/Silver SS/S] ranks combined.
Total Playtime combined.
Total Kudosu
Total Ranked beatmaps (and maybe GDs)
Total first rank
Total score & hits

I say add mapping related stats because there are a handful of teams that are more focused in that area and maybe encourage other teams to map as well.
