Team creation

Please add a link to the team creation page, accessible from the navigation bar on the site somewhere.

Background:

When teams where introduced, I didn't know how to create a team and searched the website menus back and forth. I just found the solution burried in the teams feature release news article. Giving the link https://osu.ppy.sh/teams/create the title "My Team" was confusing. I think the Profile > My Team entry came later, but at that point I already joined a team...

The "My Team" menu has always been there for creating team.

Maybe it should read "Create Team" when you aren't already in one? not sure... ;
