Edit and add missing descriptions to chat channels (maybe their translation?)

The description of some chats is different from all the others, it needs to be corrected to fit the general format.

I tried to find a list of chats in this repository, but as I understand it is stored in a database not published here, so my issue may not be that useful, but maybe someone will look into it.

Here are the necessary chats and descriptions:

Correct description: Estonian community channel.

#hebrew

Correct description: Hebrew community channel.

#latvian

Correct description: Latvian community channel.

#polish

Correct description: Polish community channel.

#uzbek

Correct description: Uzbek community channel.

I also found the same problem with #greek:

I find those descriptions to be repetitive, and should just be blank. If we keep them, the only thing that makes sense is translating them to the relevant language.

Yeah, I think they should have been translated too, I was going to suggest that in a separate track, and in this one I wanted to bring them to a general format so that then there will be no difficulties with further translation.

I can also help with translation of descriptions at least into Russian. :)
