Deleted users' scores are not shown on leaderboard

I believe that this was relying on the hidden flag in the scores table to work correctly. We not longer have that flag so I'm not sure if/how we can maintain this logic (ie we can't discern between a deleted user with cheated scores and a deleted user with legitimate scores).

Also leads to the "<player> achieved rank #N on <map>" being incorrect as in the following example, since the real rank 1 play is from a deleted user.
