Beatmap info page display optmized for multi-mode mapsets

Currently, beatmap info page does not show all mode diffs by default. Many players are multi-mode, so it would make sense to show everything at once, which will also show respect for mappers' efforts for other modes. It would be nice to offer a button to hide STD converts for Mania etc. since some people might not be interested in playing them.
