Make sorting by user in mod discussions include child comments (in addition to parent)

In mod discussions, you can sort suggestions/praise/hype/problems by specific users, but this only includes posts created by the user and not responses or timestamp reopened below the parent post. For example, sorting by user -MysticEyes here shows 2 suggestions in the timeline, but does not include his response under my opened suggestion.

This was brought up in the #mania channel of the BN server as we figure it would be very helpful during NAT evaluations and for other BNs checking mod posts and discussion to include responses by a user when filtering posts by user in addition to anything they opened.

Replies not being included seemed odd to me while I was working on refactoring the page; if you're filtering by user you'd probably want the replies too...right? 🤔

@Ryuusei-Aika @Protastic101 would it be expected to filter the posts by user as well, or show the whole discussion as long as the user is in it?
