osu!stream crashes when Screen Time shows it's "Time Limit" overlay

I might try to fix it, I'm thinking it has something to do with the game attempting to play mainmenu-intro when the game starts, when Screen Time prevents any audio playback. I just don't know how to check if we're allowed to play audio at the current moment...
