Unpleasant distortion in the map selection menu and in game
It’s just a distortion that I highlighted in the screenshot, I never had this before. It looks like 2 bars on the screen

I have about the same small damage on the spinner in osu standard(I use a translator, sorry for incorrect English)
Have you tried turning on vsync and seeing if they disappear? If they don't it's probably a driver issue.
with Vsync the stripes on the screen do not disappear

After reinstalling the gpu driver nothing changed(((
