Black screen from alt tabbing after turning monitors off & on

This is might be hard to explain, but here's how I got it to reproduce every time:

1. 3 monitors (1 DVI-DP + 2 DP) in a vertical+horizontal+horizontal setup
2. Lock the account (Win+L)
3. Turn off/unplug horizontal monitors (DP monitors get unplugged from the system when you turn them off, DVI doesn't)
4. Turn them back on
5. Log back in
6. Launch osu!
7. Tab out

What happens is you get a black screen both inside and outside of osu until you close the game It doesn't matter whether osu! was launched before repro steps or not Changing to windowed mode (Alt+Enter) doesn't fix it Restarting the driver (Win+Ctrl+Shift+B) doesn't fix it The only way to fix this is to reboot the system

Driver Version: 546.17 GPU: RTX 4070 First got this issue on 31.12.2023

I turn my monitors off a lot after locking the user, so I am convinced the issue didn't appear before at least December fall
